Pregnancy so far

This pregnancy has been very different, and yet very similar in many ways. The first trimester I was much more sick than I remember I was the last time around. I was much more sensitive to food and smells. It made it much harder to conceal the pregnancy. But, you know how everyone says that you get bigger quicker the second time around? Well, I never really paid too much attention to this statement, I just thought "how bad can it be?" I found out soon enough for myself. I feel like I started showing right away, my being quite vertically challenged certainly didn't help. I had people confidently asking me my due date when I was only about 8 weeks along!
Luckily the nausea faded around week 14, and has only returned in brief spurts since. All the old wives tales led me to believe my being more sick indicated another girl. (I don't really believe them anyways).
This little boy has me craving the oddest things! For about a week I wanted only hot wings, for breakfast sometimes. Chili cheese dogs were the object of my affection for a few weeks as well. Foods I am usually not into , seem to be all I want these days, when given a restaurant choice I want a steakhouse rather than a little Thai or Indian place I would usually flock to. So needless to say, Braden is a big fan of this pregnancy and it's effect it has had on our home menu.
This little man is much more relaxed in there than Eve ever was. I remember only being able to describe her as housing a ninja, she kicked ALL the time, hard consistent kicking. This guy, is so calm, he rolls around a bit, occasionally I get a kick here and there. Even at the anatomy scan, after much patience waiting for him to move around, I had to drink a few cups of apple juice to give him a boost and get him moving. He is so content to just lay around.
Cravings so far:
Hot wings
Chili cheese dogs
Red meat
Plums
Bananas
Seafood salad (but only with hot sauce and pepperoncini peppers)
Popcorn with my special Dill Pickle seasoning salt

Spring?

I don't want to jynx anything, but it is starting to seem like spring is among us. The weather is amazing out, mid to high 60's the last little while, and although I'm sure it can't last...I may be getting my hopes up.
So what do you do after a day at work/nursery school? Well you go out back and paint rocks of course!
We don't have a yard, but we have a small little concrete landing and small patch of grass, that somehow has a bit of gravel. So we did the best we could with what we had...

Eve had such a blast! And well, I enjoyed watching, She loves to do anything with arts and crafts, and this way there is no mess really. Everybody wins! She was very meticulous in her color choice and patterns. it was fun to watch her put such effort into it.
