Back to summer living

Back to the simple life at home. Eve misses school, but I love having her home. We get to hang out, eat Popsicles, and just play all day. The babies love having her home to play with them, and she is such a huge help.

Myrtle day 3

Sandy baby toes.
On the last day we had to eat whatever was left in the fridge. So we had leftover pizza and ice cream. Greta would take one bite ice cream, and one bite pizza. And heaven help you if you try to sample a bite.

Myrtle day 2

The view of the water is nice, but watching them be sweet with each other is definitely my favorite. Eve was so sweet with the babes this weekend, she's really quite understanding when she wans to be.

Our blondes are getting blonder!

Myrtle day 1

And the birthday celebrations continued! We spent memorial/my birthday weekend at Myrtle beach. This place is beautiful! The sand is like butter, water warm, and plenty of pretty shells for kids to find. It was a perfect weekend.
It was, in fact, "bike week". So we saw a lot of bikers. Lots and lots of leather clad big bikers. We mostly stayed at the hotel, and just enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and beach.

Eve is my little sandcastle lover. I do most of the construction, and she decorated. The babies just want to throw mud, so they do their own thing.

Loves her some fried chicken

So as a birthday cheat, I bought some fried chicken wings. Don't ask me why, but at the time it sounded really good. So I figured 5 would do the trick. Well, our more adventurous eater decided she wanted some....and 4 wing a later, she kindly left one for me.

This girl and Cheetos

Couldn't find greta at the birthday party....little did I know that I shouldn't be looking in the bounce house, or trampoline, but I should just follow the Cheetos.

Happy birthday to me

Happy birthday to me! Braden suprised  me with this spanky new ride for my birthday!!! 2015 Honda Odyssey, and my entrance to the van club. I resisted the van thing for a log long time, but I'm glad he brought me to the light. He's the best, did all the boring paperwork and legwork, and somehow got it into the driveway without me knowing it. He rocks.
