Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

The leprechaun is coming tonight. He leaves gold coins to lead to a pot of gold (green treats) for good little girls and boys. However, in the process, he turns everything green!

8 months

Graham is 8 months already, and holy moly it shows. He is a big kid, still hanging out at the top of the charts.  He loves his food, that's for sure. Still the happiest baby, nothing really bothers him. Not even his mostly bothersome sister. She is constantly in his face and taking his stuff, but this little guy has learned how to defend himself. When Eve approaches, his hands shoot out, he either pokes her eyes or pulls her hair. It's so funny, how quickly they learn defensive skills.
Napping twice a day, and sleeping 11-12 hours at night, no complaints at all. Still takes his pacifier, but we are trying to keep that at his nap/night time only.
He's cutting his first two teeth, so he's been a little sad lately, but other than that, he's the best. He had his first ear infection this last month. We are glad that is finally over. He can sit up all alone for long periods of time now, but he is showing no motivation for mobility. He doesn't even like to roll around, just likes to sit there or bounce in his bouncy chair. But I really can't blame him, he's got a lot of weight to move around. He's weighing in at 21.5 lbs, and 29.5 inches long! He's massive!

He loves these food things. He ate an entire banana with one of those just the other day.

April and Candace come to visit!

The "aunties" came to visit! We always look forward to their visits. They are just so fun and so great to have around. They came for the weekend so Braden and I could go have a little getaway for our Valentine's Day weekend. We went up to Goat Island, Rhode Island and just explored the little sailing town. We had a blast!  We feel so blessed so have them in our lives, to know you can leave your children with someone who genuinely loves them as their own. It just brings such a peace and comfort to us, we are thankful everyday for them.

They were sweet enough to send us many pictures to update us on their fun activities, it was so fun to see them together. Their trip was filled with a trip to the zoo, shopping, trip into NYC, and much more. Eve was sobbing when they had to leave :( And almost every day since, she says little things like "when I'm a good girl, I can go see April and Candy"
