mommy-daughter date

On my day off this week I decided to take Eve out for a little treat. Crumbs bakery (we went to the Greenwich location) never disappoints. They have the most amazing cupcakes! I let Eve browse the wide selection, and not to my surprise the chose the brightest pink cupcake available. She found it, her eyes lit up and she just kept pointing to it saying "Mom? Mom?"
Luckily she was open to other suggestions, it helped that her new favorite thing to do is nod and say "yep". So we went with another that just had a little pink on it.
