Well we were about a week early for all the legendary cherry blossoms to be in bloom, but we were there for the magnolia blossoms! And personally, I prefer them anyways. Touring the mall wasn't that educational for the kids, with a Canadian mommy as their tour guide, I wasn't exactly a font of US history facts.
So we enjoyed ice cream, sunshine, and basically people watching.
