Look at that face, She has no guilt. No guilt that her mama is agonizing over this moment. It was inevitable, I know that. But why so soon? She's my baby, can't she have stayed a baby a bit longer? She gave up diapers, and now her crib. Too big, too fast.
But she's proud. She's proud that her climbing, fearless efforts made all cribs and baby beds unsafe. She's graduated into big girl territory. The nerve....
