This summer's biggest development? The babies in the big pool! At the start of the summer, you couldn't get Graham to ease up his death grip around your neck in the big pool, floatie or not. Now, this little guy just puts on his floatie and jumps right in. He kicks and kicks and really just zips around the pool. Once he's in, he wont get out unless he has to go to the bathroom or it's time to leave.
Greta recently became OK with being in the big pool with her floatie. She will even go off on her own. She's not quite as good as swimmer as Graham, she will get fussy when she floats too far away, but this development has made pool trips way easier. We can all just get in the big pool, and everyone is happy. Eve is thrilled we don't make her stay at the kiddie pool as much. Another upside? All the kicking around wears the babies out! They crash pretty hard as soon as we get home.
